Ingredients: 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/3 cup water ¼ cup ketchup 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp hot sauce ½ tsp black pepper 1 bag coleslaw mix 1 green bell pepper, seeded, sliced into thin strips Directions: - In medium bowl, whisk together cider vinegar, water, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, hot auce and pepper. - Add coleslaw mix and bell pepper to dressing, mix together. - Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to allow flavors to combine. Stir again before serving.
