Ingredients:
1 cn 15-oz. cream of coconut
1 pk frozen strawberries, thawed
3 c pineapple juice, chilled
3 c club soda, chilled
1 c white rum
Directions:
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth; pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda and rum. Serve over crushed ice.
Yield 12 servings.
