Ingredients:
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1/2 c Butter, softened
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/2 t Vanilla
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1/2 c Oats
1 t Baking soda
1/4 t Salt
1 pk 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F. Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl, until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Yield 24 servings.
