Ingredients:
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of snipped dried apricots
1/2 cup of chopped dates
Directions:
Cream together the oil and sugar. Add the egg. Then blend in the remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in 350 F oven for about 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and store in a tightly closed container.
