Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chicken
bottled mild salsa
3/4 lb. mushrooms
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
In bowl, mix ground chicken and 1/4 cup salsa, shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill until they lose their pink color turning once.
Meanwhile, slice mushrooms. In skillet in hot oil cook mushrooms and salt until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise and 2/4 cup salsa. To serve, cut each roll in half. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bottom halves of buns. Top with patties and mushrooms.
