Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. tequila, warm
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms until golden. Warm tequila, pour over mushrooms. Ignite, put out flame with sour cream. Season with salt and white pepper.
Yield 4 servings.
