Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients:

150 gr sugar
200 cc whipping cream
200 cc milk
a little salt
juice of about 3 lemons

Directions: 

Mix the white of the egg till it's compact. Mix all the other ingredients completely. Prepare in an ice cream maker.
