We've come up with some dinner recipes featuring ingredients that are wellknown for their libido increasing abilities. So get to your local supermarket and start cooking!

Starter:
Raw Oysters
Benefits:
Oysters have a high Zinc content which raises the testosterone and sperm production. Both are considered important for enhancing libido.

To prepare:
Scrub shells thoroughly to remove any dirt and bacteria, pry them open and place on a bed of ice with some lemon or lime wedges!

Main course:
Asparagus & eggs
Benefits:
Asparagus is rich in vitamin E, which is considered to stimulate the production of sex hormones (testosterone) and may be important for a healthy sex life. Good for both female and male libido levels  not the most sensual of foods, but eggs are a good source of vitamins B5&B6. Both of which help fight stress and balance hormone levels and are crucial to a healthy libido. High levels of stress are a well known cause of low sex drive.

Asparagus with Eggs

3 lb. fresh asparagus
3 hard boiled eggs, shells removed & chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
4 grindings fresh black pepper
6 oz. butter, melted & cooled
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Prepare the asparagus and boil until it is tender. Meanwhile with a fork, blend the eggs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stirring constantly, add the melted butter. Continue stirring until the sauce is smooth and add the lemon juice.

Drain and transfer the asparagus to a large, heated serving dish. Pour on the sauce and serve immediately.

Desert:
Chocolate & strawberries
Benefits: chocolate contains theobromine -- an alkaloid -- which is very similar to caffeine. It also contains phenylethylamine, a chemical believed to produce the feeling of "being in love." In addition, dark chocolate has a massive amount of anti-oxidants, which are great for the body in general, as they help maintain the immune system.

CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients:
24 large strawberries, washed & dried on paper toweling.
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chopped dark chocolate, best quality possible
Place chocolate in double boiler over barely simmering water. Allow chocolate to melt and stir to blend. Dip strawberries in chocolate by grasping stem end and rotating in chocolate to coat evenly. Place on wax paper on cookie sheet and allow to cool to room temperature. Serve within 1 1/2 hours.

Accompany your Sexy Valentine's Day dinner with some sparkling wine or Champagne. But beware: While 2-3 glasses of bubbly will get you in the right mood, too much will make you snooze!

Happy and Sexy Valentine's Day!
