Fondue Recipes Caramel Apple Fondue

Ingredients:

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/4 c. evaporated milk or half and half
1 tbsp. butter
3 med. apples, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pecans

Directions:

Combine caramels, milk and butter in 1 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Pour mixture into fondue pot.

Serve, heated, with cut apples, skewers and nuts. Dip apples into fondue, then into nuts. Makes 1 1/2 cups fondue.
