Ingredients:
4 lbs cut up chicken
1 onion chopped
2 (or more) cloves of garlic, chopped (not pressed)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium ripe tomato, peeled & chopped
1 cup dry white wine
pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cover, set on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Serve with crusty french bread. Serves 4-5.
