This Macaroni Egg and Ham casserole is so delicious, it will make your guests ask for seconds!
Ingredients:
Elbow Macaroni
6 Eggs
1/4 cup − Milk
1 1/4 cup − Ham/Turkey Ham − diced
1/2 cup − Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper
Directions:
Boil enough Macaroni to fill up your favorite casserole dish. Drain macaroni and place in the casserole. Whisk the eggs together & add milk. Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Add Salt/Pepper to taste. Pour mixture over the macaroni. Add 1 cup of the diced ham and stir in. Sprinkle the remaining ham and a little parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover and bake at 350F for approx. 1 hour (depending upon the casserole size). It's done when the eggs are set up. Take off the lid for the last five minutes to brown the top a bit. Sometimes I add broccoli or beans to it.
